H200 GPU Capacity Sourcing
The NVIDIA H200 is built on the Hopper architecture and is the memory-upgraded successor to the H100, with up to 141GB of HBM3e memory and higher memory bandwidth. It ships primarily in the SXM5 form factor and is compatible with existing H100 SXM5 server infrastructure. FindMeAGPU sources H200 capacity from cloud and colocation providers on request.

FAQ
What is the difference between H100 and H200?
The H200 uses the same Hopper compute architecture as the H100 but has more memory (141GB vs 80GB) and higher memory bandwidth, which benefits workloads with large model sizes or long context windows.
Is H200 capacity available now?
Availability varies by provider, region, and time and changes frequently. Submit a request and we check current capacity across our provider network.
What form factor does the H200 come in?
The H200 ships as an SXM5 module and is designed to be compatible with existing H100 SXM5 server infrastructure.
Does higher memory mean better performance for every workload?
Larger memory mainly benefits workloads with large model sizes, long context windows, or large batch sizes. Compute throughput per GPU is similar to the H100.
Does FindMeAGPU sell H200 hardware directly?
No. FindMeAGPU is a sourcing service — we take your requirement to multiple GPU cloud and colocation providers and help you find available capacity. We do not own or sell hardware.
